1. Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at:

within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- be returned within 14 days after cancellation
- be in perfect condition
- be free from any damage
- be returned in the original packaging
- include all accessories and components
Products may be tested or handled, but any damage to the device or packaging may result in the refund being refused.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be refused if:
- the product is damaged
- the product is not returned in original packaging
- parts or accessories are missing
- the device has been modified or tampered with
