Firefly Longevity Ltd offers wellness light-therapy devices including:

• Firefly Wellness
• Firefly Glow
• Firefly Clinic Pro (professional enquiry only)
• Firefly Green Wand (accessory – enquiry only)

Certain products may be available for direct purchase online, while others are offered only through consultation and enquiry.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order through this website.

4. Ordering Process

Online Products

Products such as Firefly Wellness and Firefly Glow may be purchased directly through the website.

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods may include secure online payment or bank transfer.

Consultation Products

Products such as Firefly Clinic Pro and Firefly Green Wand are not available for direct online purchase.

Customers must submit an enquiry and purchases are completed separately via invoice and purchase agreement.

5. Pricing

Product prices displayed on the website:

  • are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated
  • exclude delivery costs
  • may be updated at any time.

For UK customers, VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.

For customers outside the United Kingdom, purchases may be zero-rated for UK VAT, and the buyer will be responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or local taxes applicable in their country.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or order placement.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed.

We do not currently offer payment instalments or financing.

7. Delivery

We ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • international destinations worldwide excluding the Americas.

Estimated delivery time is 10–14 days, although delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance.

We use reputable courier services such as DHL.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

All shipments are insured.

Risk in the product passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the delivery address.

8. Import Duties and Taxes

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for:

  • import duties
  • customs charges
  • import VAT
  • or other taxes imposed by their country.

Firefly Longevity Ltd has no control over these charges.

9. Electrical Compatibility

Customers purchasing products for use outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their local electrical standards.

Where possible, Firefly Longevity Ltd will supply appropriate power cables for the destination country.

10. Warranty

Firefly devices include a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • misuse
  • accidental damage
  • improper installation
  • unauthorised modifications.

Where a verified technical fault occurs, Firefly Longevity Ltd will arrange repair or replacement.

Firefly Longevity Ltd will cover shipping costs for approved warranty repairs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firefly Longevity Ltd’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

Firefly Longevity Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
