Firefly Longevity Ltd ships to:

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • international destinations worldwide excluding the Americas

2. Delivery Time

Typical delivery time is 10–14 days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • customs processing
  • courier performance

Firefly Longevity Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

3. Courier Services

We use reliable international courier services such as DHL or similar logistics providers.

4. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured during transit.

5. Risk Transfer

Responsibility for the product passes to the customer once the delivery has been successfully completed at the delivery address.

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

6. Import Duties and Taxes

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for:

  • import VAT
  • customs duties
  • local taxes
  • customs clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of Firefly Longevity Ltd.
